Arnel Inc. and PerkinElmer have a very unique relationship. PerkinElmer totally guarantees Arnel technology worldwide. Arnel has trained both PerkinElmer sales and service personnel on all aspects of its products.
Other company's relationships and Value Added Reseller (VAR) programs are limited liability agreements based upon each companies input to the product, with limited product exceptions. Each company is responsible for service of their respective portion of the product.

Generally, the PerkinElmer sales organization will be your first point of contact. If you contact Arnel Inc., we will assist you in determining if your application is part of our standard analyzer offerings. We may also ask you to complete an Application/Engineering Questionnaire for technical evaluation. We would then involve your local PerkinElmer Sales representative, who will become your primary contact for future communication and quotation.
Does Arnel sell spare parts?
Arnel sells spare parts for all of the Arnel and PerkinElmer analyzers and systems. Visit our e-commerce store at www.arnelinc.com/store/ for a wide variety of spare parts and accessories.
Does Arnel Inc. sell other accessories besides Arnel spare parts?
Arnel sells many other accessories for the petroleum, petrochemical, food, beverage and environmental markets. We are currently developing an e-commerce section of our website and it is expected to be completed shortly. Look for future information on Arnel e-commerce products.
