Where do I find the Arnel job number?
The Arnel job number can be found on the label of the CD that is shipped with each instrument.
Where do I find the serial number?
The serial number on a Clarus 500 or 600 GC can be found in three places:
1. On the back of the GC
2. On the shelf behind the detectors
3. In the 'about' screen in the GC software
