Arnel offers numerous standard analyzers and products that address general requirements of many industries based upon the matrix of compounds present, separated and analyzed. Standard analyzers or accessories, designed to meet ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) or certain other popular methodologies are also available.
Standard features on all of Arnel's analyzers include:
- All Models are available with Pneumatic Pressure Control (PPC).
- All Models are factory upgradeable.
- All Models can be obtained with automated, on-line, single or multi-stream sampling capabilities.
- All Models that have both gas and liquid sampling capability in series, also have a sample loop purge feature that prevents contamination when changing from liquid to gas samples or gas to liquid samples.
- All Models that have liquid sampling capability also have filters and back pressure regulation for proper sample introduction into the valve, plus a vaporization zone to properly inject the samples into the columns.
We also manufacture custom analyzers that can meet your special requirements. These custom analyzers are often simple variations of standard analyzers. More complex analyzers designed to meet your special requirements or standard analyzers with on-line, single or multi-stream sample handling capability typically require a technical review. The first step in that review is the completion of an Application/Engineering Questionnaire. Following the review, a detailed quotation will be provided complete with performance and analyzer specifications.
