Remove moisture, oil, and dust from gases before they flow into your instrument! The moisture trap consists of a transparent acrylic tube containing a molecular sieve 5A and a desiccant, Drierite®. The Drierite changes from blue to pink at 5-6% relative humidity to warn of leaks in the gas stream, then the molecular sieve reduces moisture at the output to trace levels. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psig.

This trap is shipped in the active state purged with helium. It is therefore recommended that it be purged with the gas being used prior to operation.
